Notre-Dame-de-Grâce (NDG) — done right, the first time.
Montreal apartments have a personality — narrow doorframes, exterior spiral staircases, 3rd-floor walk-ups, tight one-way streets and the July 1 moving-day rush. NDG runs from the Concordia Loyola campus east through Monkland Village. We do a lot of student moves in August, family moves in July, and everything in between.
Sherbrooke-street condos and Monkland Village triplexes are our two most common NDG jobs. Both benefit from an early-morning start to beat the traffic.
